Outcasts are in. This limited-edition platform creeper from our DM’s x Wednesday collection combines a velvet upper with Wanama leather straps and detailing. The shoe is secured by 2 adjustable buckle straps and a removable flat ribbon lace that wraps around the ankle and lower leg — depending on how you tie it. The buckles are DM’s branded and detailed with a “W” charm, and a studded strap extends across the vamp. The creeper’s sock is purple with a print of Wednesday and her umbrella. The wedge platform sole is marked by grooving and punched with our classic yellow welt stitching.
- Velvet is a brushed fabric with a slight pile that features a soft, silky touch and slight sheen.
- Wanama is a lightweight leather with a satin-sheen finish. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Shoe Polish or Wonder Balsam.

Leather & care
Wipe with a damp cloth and feed the leather with a quality balm. Never machine wash. Full-grain and smooth leathers soften and darken with wear — that patina is part of the boot.

Docs are famously roomy — plenty of people size down half or a full size from their usual shoe. Measure your foot and check the size guide if you are between sizes.
Wear it your way
Lace them tight and high, loose and low, or swap in ribbon laces. The 1460 has been styled with everything from suits to kilts since 1960.
Leather & care
Brush off mud, wipe with a damp cloth, then feed the leather with balm. Store away from direct heat so the soles hold their shape.
