To qualify for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Boots must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

You may try on your boots indoors on a clean surface to check the fit. Please avoid wearing them outdoors until you have decided to keep them.

If your order included a complimentary care kit, please return it unused along with the boots when requesting a full refund.

How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at no cost to you. Please contact us before sending your return so we can ensure it reaches the correct location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your boots arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where available, can help us resolve the problem more quickly.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. The unused-item and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will cover the full amount paid for the returned items and will be issued to your original payment method.
