Classic Calf is a premium smooth, waxy leather with a natural finish. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam. The DMS sole is a cornerstone of Dr. Martens construction. A two-tone PVC sole marked with our signature grooving and our unique tread. Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed and reinforced with our signature welt stitch.

Leather & care
Wipe with a damp cloth and feed the leather with a quality balm. Never machine wash. Full-grain and smooth leathers soften and darken with wear — that patina is part of the boot.

Find your fit
Docs are famously roomy — plenty of people size down half or a full size from their usual shoe. Measure your foot and check the size guide if you are between sizes.
Wear it your way
Lace them tight and high, loose and low, or swap in ribbon laces. The 1460 has been styled with everything from suits to kilts since 1960.
Leather & care
Brush off mud, wipe with a damp cloth, then feed the leather with balm. Store away from direct heat so the soles hold their shape.
